The Marryatville Hotel’s Trilogy Series is three evenings in 2026, each one bringing a landmark winery to the table alongside a menu crafted to match the character of their wines. Adelaide Hills. McLaren Vale. The Barossa. 

The series opens in the Adelaide Hills, where Ashton Hills has spent over four decades producing cool-climate wines from a single estate vineyard. It is a place built around restraint and precision, and the Pinot Noir it produces has earned the kind of quiet, international reputation that needs no embellishment.

The Forager’s Feast is a four-course sitting designed around the landscape that surrounds the estate. The menu moves through the forest floor, the underground, the open pasture and the native scrub, each course matched to a wine from the Ashton Hills range.

We’re bringing the Adelaide Hills to your table. $130 per person, or $320 for all three dinners in the series – a saving of 20% across the events.
