Trilogy 3: Paddock to Plate with Torbreck
The Marryatville Hotel’s Trilogy Series is three evenings in 2026, each one bringing a landmark winery to the table alongside a menu crafted to match the character of their wines. Adelaide Hills. McLaren Vale. The Barossa.
The series closes in the Barossa Valley, where Torbreck has spent three decades as a custodian of some of the oldest vines in the world. Some were planted in the 1840s, tended by the same multi-generational families who grow for them today.
Paddock to Plate has sourced the majority of the menu directly from the land around it, drawing on Lyndoch producers, Hutton Vale Farm, Gumshire, The Dairyman, La Dame’s award-winning aged goats’ cheese, and honeycomb from a local Barossa beekeeper. Four courses built as close to the valley as we can get them, matched to six wines from the Torbreck range. The land in the glass. The land on the plate.
We’re bringing the Barossa to your table. $150 per person, or $320 for all three dinners in the series – a saving of 20% across the events.
