Trilogy 2: South of the Sun with Oliver’s Taranga

The Marryatville Hotel’s Trilogy Series is three evenings in 2026, each one bringing a landmark winery to the table alongside a menu crafted to match the character of their wines. Adelaide Hills. McLaren Vale. The Barossa.

The series heads to McLaren Vale for its second addition, where Oliver’s Taranga has spent six generations farming the same stretch of land and showing the region what it is truly capable of. It is a place built around curiosity and conviction, and winemaker Corrina Wright has earned a reputation that extends well beyond the Vale.

South of the Sun is a four-course sitting that reflects that spirit. The menu takes its cues from South America, pairing bold, sun-drenched flavours with wines that move from bright and aromatic through to rich, warming and deeply complex.
